Terms & Refund Policy

QuoteForge is $99 per month. There is one plan and there is no setup fee. The monthly price covers configuration of your instance — loading your cabinet catalog and SKUs, applying your pricing tiers and discount structure, setting your assembly rates, tax, deposit and delivery terms, and applying your branding, company name, logo, colors and contact details, to every quote the system produces.

It also covers hosting, ongoing catalog and price updates, software updates, and support. The price is per business, not per user. There are no per-seat charges and no charges that scale with the number of quotes you produce.

The subscription is billed automatically each month through Stripe, beginning on the date of purchase.

Cancel at any time. Email megannicolesunde@gmail.com and the subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Partial months are not refunded — you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

Your first month — full refund. If you change your mind for any reason during the first billing period, that month is refunded in full, no questions asked, even if your catalog has already been loaded.

After that — cancel any time, no partial refunds. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access through the period already paid for. Months already billed are not refunded.

If it does not work as described — fixed or refunded. If the software does not do what this site says it does, that is a defect, and it gets fixed or refunded regardless of how long you have been subscribed. Write to megannicolesunde@gmail.com and say what is wrong.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days.

Your catalog, pricing, customer information, and quotes are yours. They are used only to operate and support your instance of QuoteForge. They are not sold, published, or shared with third parties, and they are not used to price or supply any other dealer’s quotes.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page and are never entered on, transmitted to, or stored by this site. Charges appear on your statement under the descriptor shown at checkout.
